SteelSeries is marking its 25th anniversary with a serious push into premium gaming audio.

The new Arctis Nova Pro Omni isn’t just another wireless headset refresh. Instead, it’s designed to act more like a full audio hub, letting users mix sound from multiple devices at the same time.

OmniPlay sits at the core of it as the headline feature, allowing users to mix up to four audio sources simultaneously across PC, console, Bluetooth devices, and more. In practice, that means you could be gaming on a console while taking Discord calls on your phone and listening to music from a PC — all at once, without constantly switching inputs.

The headset also supports up to five connected devices, reinforcing SteelSeries’ pitch that it is built for gamers who move between platforms rather than sticking to one setup.

On the audio side, the Nova Pro Omni is Hi-Res Wireless Certified, delivering 96kHz/24-bit audio over 2.4GHz and Bluetooth. It uses custom 40mm neodymium drivers with an extended frequency range of 10Hz to 40kHz to deliver more detail and depth across both games and music.

Noise control is another major focus. The headset includes Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) tuned to block more background sound than previous models. Additionally, the ClearCast Pro microphone uses AI-based noise rejection to strip out up to 96% of background noise, keeping voice chat clear even in louder environments.

SteelSeries is also leaning heavily into software. The Arctis App and desktop Sonar software allow real-time tuning of game audio, mic levels, and EQ settings with over 200 game-specific presets available. On the hardware side, the GameHub adds an OLED display and control dial for quick adjustments without opening menus.

An “Infinite Power System” handles battery life using a dual-battery setup. One can charge while the other is in use, effectively removing downtime from the equation.

Available in Midnight Blue, White, and Graphite, the Arctis Nova Pro Omni launches today, 5 May 2026, priced at £349.99 / $399.99 / €399.99, positioning it firmly in the high-end gaming headset space.

It’s a clear statement product from SteelSeries: less about incremental upgrades, and more about turning a headset into a full cross-platform audio control centre.
