Russia’s Energy Ministry Mulls Compulsory Registry for Crypto Mining Equipment

Russia’s Ministry of Energy is planning to create a mandatory registry of crypto mining equipment to identify mining businesses. The initiative has been proposed by Yevgeny Grabchak, the Deputy Minister of Energy.
